Check-out policy could use improvement!!! Access to room denied too early!!! Lobby reception needs a refresher on politeness!!! Furniture clearly shows its age!!! Please streamline breakfast times for early departures!!!

I had a fantastic stay in the Superior King Room. The excellent service from Sailaja made it even better! Clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated room. Location is super convenient, close to downtown and Souq Waqif. Highly recommend this place for a great experience! 😊

The room was really spacious with a beautiful sea view, perfect for relaxing after a long flight. Two twin beds and a sofa made it comfy. The only downside was that the bed was a bit firm and the pillows had lumps, which could be better. Still, the overall experience was pretty good for a quick stopover.

A Disappointing Experience with Unpleasant Service

Our stay of one night left much to be desired, particularly due to the unwelcoming reception from Sajeh and various maintenance issues. The room lacked cleanliness, the air conditioning was inadequate, and the check-in process was remarkably slow. I’d recommend you double-check room conditions before settling in.
